Recent Reconstruction Jobs

When inspecting the affected condo in St. Augustine, Dreyer's DKI determined all doors and trim needed to be replaced as well as all cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom - 7 total. We also had to remove 4' of drywall and insulation throughout the condo and install drying equipment to remove water and moisture. While drying equipment was running, we sprayed mold treatment to remove mold and mildew.

The homeowners decided they wanted to remove the breakfast bar, countertops and bottom cabinets so we also removed the items and threw them away. Once demolition was complete, we handled the debris removal throughout the condo and cleaned the floors. Drying equipment remained in use during this time and because breakers would consistently trip and power off the two dehumidifiers and ten air movers in use, we made sure to make daily checks to ensure the drying equipment was working properly and the condo remained locked and secured under our care.
