Classes on Demand:

We provide a variety of continuing education classes. Please review our list of classes below and contact us if you would like to schedule a class.

Water Mitigation – 3 Hours
This class will take the students through the process of how water mitigation works and why it is important to address the situation immediately. We will look at the potential dangers when a water damage happens and how the student can get involved in the process.

Water Mitigation and How It Will Affect Loss Ratio – 1 Hour
This class will teach insurance professionals the science behind water mitigation and how it can have an impact on their business.

A Guide to Moisture Detection and How They Can Be Used to Ensure a Pre-Loss Dry Condition – 2 Hours
This class will teach insurance agents and adjusters the proper use and application of moisture detection/monitoring equipment that are used in water mitigation losses.

How Technology Affects a Property Loss – 1 Hour
This class will teach agents and adjusters some of the latest tools that are available and how they can be used to track and monitor a property loss and shows the insurance professional how they can use this information to help their customer.

Ethics – 1 Hour and 3 Hour
When we talk about business ethics what do we really mean? We’re all in business to make money, and the amount we charge is dictated by what the market will bear, so is it unethical to raise your prices because you think you can? What if you think you can for one customer but not another?

Microbial Risk – 3 Hours
This course identifies the differences – and similarities – between structures affected by mold or sewage. The efforts to contain the contamination can make the difference in a project that is economically restored versus a runaway money-pit or worse, an unhealthy living environment.

Not the Equipment – 3 Hours
To demonstrate that structural restorative drying (flood restoration) services are a skilled trade, not an “equipment delivery service.”
